Patti S. Hart, Atherton, Calif.

Patti S. HartHart most recently served as chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Systems, a leading provider of digital video solutions for beginners to broadcasters. Hart previously served as chairman and CEO of Excite@Home, the leader in residential broadband services. Previously, Hart served as the chairman, president, and CEO of Telocity and as a member of its board of directors from June 1999 through its sale to DirecTV in April 2001. Telocity is a provider of high-speed broadband Internet services and content designed for the residential market. Prior to joining Telocity, Hart was at Sprint Corp. As president and chief operation officer of Sprint’s Long Distance Division, Hart oversaw all operational aspects of the division, which provides voice and data communications products and services to Sprint’s consumer, business and government long-distance customers. She also served on the advisory council to the Global One Joint Venture with France Telecom and Deutsche Telecom. Hart is a member of the board of directors for Korn Ferry International, Spansion Inc., and International Gaming Technologies, and previously served on the boards of Plantronics, Inc., Vantive Corp., Earthlink, and Premisys Corp. She holds a BS in marketing and economics from Illinois State University.
